Eligibility

Ownership

Instructors retain ownership of their content. By uploading courses, you grant MyDreamLMS a non-exclusive license to host, market, and distribute the content on the platform.

Quality
Content Standards

All courses must be accurate, professional, and relevant. MyDreamLMS reserves the right to review, approve, or remove content that does not meet quality guidelines.

Revenue
Earnings & Payments

Instructor earnings are based on the agreed revenue-sharing model. Payments are processed as per payout schedules. Instructors are responsible for taxes and compliance.

Conduct
Instructor Responsibilities

Instructors must update courses regularly, respond to learners professionally, respect student privacy, and follow ethical teaching practices.

Restrictions
Prohibited Activities

Instructors must not upload plagiarized content, make false claims, redirect students off-platform, or manipulate reviews and ratings.

Policy Enforcement & Updates

MyDreamLMS reserves the right to enforce and update this policy to maintain a safe and high-quality learning environment.

Instructor accounts may be suspended or terminated for policy violations, fraudulent activity, or legal concerns.

Continued use of the platform after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
